Her principal tells her she needs to maintain a more professional attitude.
She decides to take a few sick days to rest and hopes it will pass.
Other staff members start avoiding her because of her irritability.
Her principal recognizes the signs, encourages her to find personal "glimmers" and "anchors," and fosters staff-wide mutual support.
